About Nargula Inc

Nargula Inc provides business funding through the purchase of future receivables. These transactions are not loans. All funding is subject to review and approval, and is available for business purposes only. The specific terms of any funding are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Nargula Inc.

Use of this website

You agree to provide accurate information when you apply or contact us, and to use this website only for lawful purposes. Information on this website is for general purposes and is not an offer of funding.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Nargula Inc. Message and data rates may apply.

Program description

The Nargula Account Alerts program ("SMS Program") is a text messaging program operated by Nargula Inc. Customers and applicants who opt in receive messages about their funding application and account, including application status updates, document requests, payment reminders, account notices and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application form at nargula.com, or by giving consent in your funding agreement. Consent is not a condition of funding or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application and account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our website.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
